Development of self-service portal in telecom industry

Emvico was chosen to provide development and project management to develop a self-service portal within the telecom industry, for a leading actor within the business telephony domain. The project included developing the portal as a customized solution for the specific use cases related to managing the cloud based PBX (switch) and mobile services.

The project reached its usage target within a quarter of use and has continued to grow in usage, off-loading support to a high extent and enabling the easy onboarding of new wholesale and reseller partners.
