Assignments
A new routing and billing platform in ten months
With a hard deadline, Emvico was given the borderline impossible assignment of developing an entirely new billing platform, integrated to a new routing platform, with operators services, cloud based PBX service (switch), porting services etc.
The project included Emvico fulfilling roles with project management and two senior developers, supplemented by handpicked developers from Emvico´s near-shore partner. In an excellent, fully transparent and committed collaboration between Emvico and customer resources, the project managed to enable the migration of the old platform to the new one, on the chosen date.

Senior consultant for Karolinska University Hospital
From 2015 to 2018 Emvico provided the Karolinska University Hospital with a senior consultant to act as project manager, program manager and procurement specialist. The assignment included some twenty (20) projects, involving procurements, international/EU funded projects, international collaborations with healthcare providers and suppliers, and internal R&D related initiatives.
Development of self-service portal in telecom industry
Emvico was chosen to provide development and project management to develop a self-service portal within the telecom industry, for a leading actor within the business telephony domain. The project included developing the portal as a customized solution for the specific use cases related to managing the cloud based PBX (switch) and mobile services.
The project reached its usage target within a quarter of use and has continued to grow in usage, off-loading support to a high extent and enabling the easy onboarding of new wholesale and reseller partners.
