With a hard deadline, Emvico was given the borderline impossible assignment of developing an entirely new billing platform, integrated to a new routing platform, with operators services, cloud based PBX service (switch), porting services etc.

The project included Emvico fulfilling roles with project management and two senior developers, supplemented by handpicked developers from Emvico´s near-shore partner. In an excellent, fully transparent and committed collaboration between Emvico and customer resources, the project managed to enable the migration of the old platform to the new one, on the chosen date.
