We have never been in a hurry to grow. But as it turns out, on August 22nd we will welcome our latest employee Najem Seddiqi who comes from a position as Software Engineer at X5 Music Group. Najem also has experience from working at Monitor ERP, which fits well with Emvico’s push into manufacturing and aftermarket processes and systems.

We always look for that special sense of accountability in a person, both as an individual and as part of a group, along with interest and professionalism in understanding what our customers need, and to be a proactive force in striving towards that.

Najem’s interview was easily top three of all interviews I have ever been a part of (and I have seen my share of interviews).
