The initiative to create an after market solution for Marine Jet Power has now reached the pilot phase. Today marked the start where users from different departments were invited to initiate working in Fleet Hub. During a period, MJP and Emvico will engage in adapting Fleet Hub to improve the user experience, and step by step roll the system out to more users and eventually all service providers and agents around the world.
“The potential benefits of Fleet Hub for the after market operation in terms of customer service and enable proactivity in services and spare parts sales are great. This is the first step, which will be followed in due time with more users and even more integration into the operation of MJP, all the way out to the sensors of the vessels”, says Fredrik Lundkvist, CEO at Emvico.
