Emvico AB has signed a new cooperation agreement with the Swedish operations provider Glesys. The agreement means that Emvico can now offer customers an even stronger overall commitment within system development, management, further development, operation and support – including 24/7 SLA – in both Swedish and international environments.
Emvico works as a long-term IT partner that takes responsibility for the entire chain: from development projects and product management to operational commitments with monitoring, incident management and 24/7 support. With established hubs in Stockholm, Warsaw and Lviv, Emvico can quickly staff the right team for short or long-term assignments. Through the operations center in Budapest, customers are also offered monitoring and support up to 24/7 with ISO-certified processes.
With Glesys as a new partner, Emvico further strengthens its offering. Glesys is one of Sweden's leading players in secure and sustainable operation in Swedish data centers - an important complement to Emvico's existing partnerships with Microsoft and Azure.
